Dear Parents,

Option C has changed servers and it has been discovered that some of the option C emails are not being received by all parents. Option C has given us the following instructions to remedy this.

  1. We ask that everyone check their spam and/or junk folders, If your emails are in one of these folders, please mark it as not spam or junk.
  2. If the option C email is in your junk folder, go to settings and click on safe senders list. Add option C to your safe sender list.
  3. If the option C email is not in any folder, go to the junk folder click on the safe senders list. Type in: no [email protected]

Option C has told us that it seems to be a problem most with email addresses.
