Mr. Finch, Ms. Tomlin, and Mrs. Bennett all attended the Town Hall Meeting for the Invest in Kids Act! There was a great turn out from MANY different schools, and we were so proud to be part of it!
The first and second graders wearing their crowns they made when learning about Saint Edward, King of England! The Feast of Saint Edward is October 13th, and the parish is having a Family Celebration on Sunday, October 15th. Our pictures we colored of Saint Edward and our crowns will be decorations at the celebration!
Our very first Culver's Out-to-Eat Fundraiser will be Monday, October 23rd! Check out the flyer for more details.

The preschool had a visit from the second grade on Thursday this week. The older kids practiced their spelling words while showing the preschoolers how to form letters with play-doh. It was such a fun experience for both classes!

We finished celebrating the August birthdays today in preschool! Happy Belated Birthday to Vonetta, Aedan, and Gabe.
It's the second day of preschool, and we're having fun playing a numbers game, pretending to be our teacher, and 'building' a house!

Kindergartners 1st two weeks of school have been great!! They got a visit from Ms. Angie and their favorite puppet, Lipstick! Mr. Finch's daughter, Claire, crocheted each of the kindergartners an octopus, to go with their classroom theme, Under the Sea.
Mr. Finch bought us popsicles last week to beat the heat!!! Thank you so much Mr. Finch!
